Facilities Manager

  • Complete appropriate paperwork for collected monies, receipts, reports, and repair request and turn it in OE office 
  • Construction projects and general maintenance 
    • Keep an updated list of Maintenance workers in OneNote 
    • Receive & document repair needs, emergencies, guest complaints 
      • Keep ongoing maintenance list/needs 
      • Arrange repairs and maintenance as needed, as well as supervising hired workers 
    • Prioritize, Vision Cast and Delegate jobs and projects 
      • Lead Clean up days and Edge projects 
    • Stewardship of all equipment and resources 
      • Maintain storage areas 
    • Landscaping 
    • Supervise trash removal          
  • Daily Pets Care (clean up, feeding, bathing, and walking) 
  • Manage scheduling of common areas 
  • Edge Ambassador 
    • Facilitate Edge Tours to share the vision and mission of the mission’s base to visitors & potential donors 
    • Educate and encourage guests to care for the Edge by casting vision, caring for, giving basic Edge rules and chores (as appropriate) 
  • Collect and Report donations received by visitors and guests
