Pastoral Care

• Scheduling and running family bonding and moral boosting retreat meeting (at least once a year or as needed)

• Small groups & one-on-one

  • Build rapport & trust. Maintain confidentiality of participants 
  • Provide a model for a healthy relationship 
  • Setting appropriate boundaries 
  • Ask open-ended “how” and “what” questions with a mentee 
  • Be an active listener 
• Biblical & Spiritual Training 
  • Teaching Approved Material 
  • Lead others to encounter God’s Word through group and personal Bible study 
  • Encourage personal transformation through the daily application of Bible truths 
• Offer Encouragement & Accountability 
  • Actively encourage others to be a light in the world and build up the body of Christ under the guidance of Holy Spirit 
  • Provide feedback that is honest, open and positive. Problem solve and exchange ideas.
